Summary Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager, to develop, implement, analyse and manage all marketing programs required to generate qualified leads and sales for the specific products within the Real Estate and Vacation Club portfolio, reporting directly to the DOSM.
The main focus will be to elaborate and implement the marketing strategy plan as well as develop, manage and implement lead generation programmes for the Real Estate and Vacation Club business units. To develop, manage and implement supporting marketing collateral for the in-house tour and web based lead generation.

Profile:

Experience gained through increasingly responsible management positions within branded leisure real estate, vacation club, residence club and marketing operations. Leadership skills, enthusiasm and a high level of motivation is required. Ability to speak, read and write in fluent and professional English and Portuguese.
