How much does it cost to become a member?
Membership costs are dependent on the number of weeks you wish to stay, on the season, and on the size of the apartment you choose. The Pine Cliffs Vacation Club team will be happy to help you to find the right solution to best match your lifestyle. Contact us.
Are there any additional costs?
An annual membership fee covers the on-going costs of operating and maintaining the Club. The fee covers access to the facilities (for some, such as Golf, there is an additional charge), the servicing, maintenance and utility costs of the Club.
What happens if I can’t come one year?
Pine Cliffs membership is very flexible and so you have a number of options. You can let your friends or family come instead, you can exchange your occupation period(s) through The Registry Collection for accommodation in a different resort or you can ask the Sheraton Algarve Hotel to rent out your time and if successful they will pay you in cash or Starpoints. Whatever the outcome you will never lose the benefit of your membership.
What are Starpoints?
The Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) programme is a loyalty programme that includes Sheraton Hotels and Resorts©, Westin Hotels and Resorts©, Luxury Collection© and W Hotels©. All Pine Cliffs Vacation Club members are enrolled as SPG Gold Members and can immediately start earning Starpoints, which can be redeemed for accommodation and other services. There is a network of more than 725 hotels and resorts in over 80 countries where you can exchange your Starpoints for accommodation.
What facilities do the apartments have?
The apartments are spacious with views over the golf course. You will find a detailed inventory list in the apartment presentation section.
Do the apartments have room service?
24-hour room service is available, as well as a mini-bar in each apartment. We also offer a supermarket service, for deliveries direct to your apartment.
Are there any supermarkets nearby?
Deli Pine Cliffs, a grocery store/delicatessen, is located in Casa Pine Cliffs, in the Pine Cliffs Residence area. There is also a supermarket outside the resort, opposite the exit.
Can I easily contact my company via telephone, e-mail or fax?
The resort has a fully refurbished and equipped Business Centre. Alternatively there are direct dial telephones in all the apartments, with voicemail access. For Internet access just contact reception to enable you to send and receive e-mails in the privacy of your apartment.
Are pets allowed in the resort?
Pets are not allowed in the resort. Guide dogs are only allowed with prior warning.
