How much does it cost to become a member?

Are there any additional costs?
Existe uma taxa anual de manutenção do Membership, que inclui os custos de manutenção e operação do Pine Cliffs Vacation Club, como por exemplo o Housekeeping. A taxa inclui também o acesso às instalações (no caso do golfe, há um custo adicional), serviço, manutenção e os custos de utilização dos apartamentos.

What happens if I can’t come one year?
Pine Cliffs Membership is very flexible and so you have a number of options. You can let your friends or family come instead, exchange your occupation period(s) through one of our exclusive partners The Registry Collection for accommodation in a different resort worldwide or rent out your time via the Sheraton Hotel Rental program where you can receive cash or starpoints* so whatever your circumstance you will never lose the benefit of your membership.

What are Starpoints?
The Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) program is a loyalty progra that includes Sheraton Hotels and Resorts©, Westin Hotels and Resorts©, Luxury Collection© and W Hotels©. All Pine Cliffs Vacation Club members are enrolled as SPG Gold Members and can immediately start earning Starpoints, which can be redeemed for accommodation and other services. There is a network of more than 725 hotels and resorts in over 80 countries where you can exchange your Starpoints for accommodation.

What facilities do the apartments have?
The Two and Three Bedroom Golf Suites as well as Three Bedroom Penthouses are luxury Apartments, spacious with views overlooking the Pine Cliffs Golf Course with fully fitted kitchens with the relevant amenities, sun terrace, lounge and diner areas. You will find a detailed inventory list in the apartment presentation section.

Do the apartments have room service?
24-hour room service is available, as well as a mini-bar in each apartment. We also offer a supermarket service, for deliveries direct to your apartment.

Are there any supermarkets nearby?
Deli Pine Cliffs, a grocery store/delicatessen, is located in Casa Pine Cliffs within the Pine Cliffs Resort. There is also a supermarket located just outside the resort, opposite the exit.

Can I easily contact my company via telephone, e-mail or fax?
The resort has a fully refurbished and equipped Business Centre. Alternatively there are direct dial telephones in all the apartments, with voicemail access. For Internet access just contact reception to enable you to send and receive e-mails in the privacy of your apartment.

Are pets allowed in the resort?
Pets are not allowed in the resort. Guide dogs are only allowed with prior warning.
