Condominium Assistant

Job Role and Objectives:

Reports to the Condominium & Administration Manager and is responsible for the assistance to all Residential Owners, liaising with the different departments at the Resort to ensure the satisfaction of the Owners.


Essential functions

Centralise the communication with Owners and coordinate with the different departments at the Resort the Owners requirements and issues
Guarantee the Owners satisfaction with the resort and services provided
Liaise Owners complaints
Gather relevant information from the different departments, regarding the properties and relevant information for Owners, such as events, Tax notifications and others.
Communicate with Owners regularly


Job Qualifications and Specifications:

Concierge or Owners Membership Service experience
Strong demonstrated communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Team work player
Proactive and work under thigh deadlines
General office computer skills – Word and Excel
Fluency in Portuguese and English
Additional languages valued
Experience in different departments valued
Other education and experience plus licensure valued
