At this moment, Pine Cliffs Resort's main priority is to assure the protection and health of its guests and employees. Focused on maintain a unique experience to all, we have implemented several preventive measures so you can enjoy a comfortable and safe vacations with the ones that have traveled with you.

Based on health authorities guidelines and specialized protocols to fight COVID-19, we are continuously working to promote a safe enviornment, having special attention to food manipulation, hygiene, disinfection and cleaning of our spaces.


  • Rooms are fully serviced everyday with a disinfecting procedure.
  • Housekeeping team will use smock, gloves and masks while performing the cleaning service and reinforce hygiene measures before entering the rooms.
  • During the cleaning process the housekeeper will change the towel if the existing ones are left on the floor, if not will be changed every 3 days.
  • Implementation of the security hang door after hygiene and cleaning by the Housekeeping team.
  • Regular cleaning and disinfection of rooms and public spaces.
  • Hygiene and cleaning of spaces with steam machines.
  • Implementation of check-lists to assure the cleaning protocol for common areas.
  • Hand disinfection stations in all places of major contact.
  • Foot disinfection mats at the entrances of the main buildings.
  • Disinfection of customer’s luggage upon arrival.
  • Security procedures in accordance with the standards stablished by DGS and Marriott International.

  1. Pay €40, benefit a €50 credit;
  2. Pay €75, benefit a €100 credit;
