Winners' Cup - 9th and 10th April
One of the most prestigious sporting events in the Algarve, has returned to our resort after a two year hiatus to crown the overall winner from the weekly competitions of the 2020 and 2021 seasons. Guests can enter for the next edition by taking part and winning one of resort’s weekly competitions for best golf, tennis and padel players, until October 2022.
MIMO Algarve reopening - April
The most vibrant venue of our resort is back. It will be possible to live different gastronomic experiences in a single space. During the day it is already operating as Espresso Bar (a novelty for this year) and Gourmet Shop, with new local products, including Vale do Freixo, aimed at promoting the region. Soon the cooking school will reopen, where it will be possible to learn recipes and unveil secrets about food and drink. At night, Praceta dos Lemoneiros will gain even more life: another new feature this year is that it will be possible to taste wines and snacks on the outdoor terrace, as well as make a reservation for the renowned Chef's Table, which will have a special menu with wine pairing.
Algarve Smooth Jazz Festival – 3-8 May
Following a successful first edition in 2019, Algarve Smooth Jazz Festival will return to ‘Tabu Garden’ this May. Open to both guests and the public, the festival will take place in the beautiful open-air venue which offers stunning cliff-top views over the Atlantic ocean. Performers will include Peter White, Gregg Karukas and after show parties at the ‘Aldar Club’.
The programme for the 30th anniversary celebrations also includes many other experiences and suggestions, details of which will be communicated later, namely the reopening of Zest with a new image, the Pine Cliffs Summer Night, the Full Moon Party and the Christmas Market.
