At the end of three decades of existence, Pine Cliffs Resort is more than the biggest and best luxury resort in Europe. We present ourselves, above all, as a place where life has meaning, where life unfolds - the motto of these 30 years.

To commemorate the 30 years, we invited some of the Portuguese renown chefs and winemakers to celebrate the anniversary with four exclusive dinners, between July and August.
Rui Paula, Marlene Vieira, Óscar Geadas and Vítor Sobral are the four chefs invited to the Chef’s Table at MIMO, whose dinner dates, menus and prices will be announced soon.

The 30 years are also marked by the launch of our first craft beer - FALéSIA.
This is a product of Algarvian origin. It costs €3.5 and several types of beer are available: pilsner, amber ale, IPA and stout.
The gastronomic experiences are the great novelty of MIMO Algarve. In a workshop format, you will be able to learn recipes, tricks and secrets about cooking and beverages in an easy way.
The idea is for this to be a relaxing time of sharing gastronomic insights.
The available workshops are family time pastries, plant based foods, codfish one-on-one, brunch favourites, and cataplana behind the scenes. There are also beverages workshops that include programmes such as family time lemonade, craft beer, Algarvian wines, Portugal in 5 glasses, and Port wine.
The Algarve's most emblematic sport event.
The Winners' Cup returned on April 9 and 10 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of our resort. This event included golf and tennis competitions, a friendly padel tournament, padel and tennis clinics with professionals Diogo Schaefer and Brunno Cappelletti.
As the first event celebrating our 30th anniversary, we had the Algarve Smooth Jazz Festival.
We hosted several unforgettable concerts with renowned artists, accompanied by the intoxicating location of our resort.
