MIMO Algarve is the most vibrant place in Pine Cliffs Resort, where we invite you to live different gastronomic experiences. During the day, it functions as espresso bar, gourmet shop and cooking school, where you can learn recipes and unveil secrets about food and beverage. At night, Lemon Square comes even more alive: you can taste wines and snacks on the outdoor terrace or make a reservation for the renowned Chef's Table, which brings us a special menu with wine pairing. Open to guests and the general public, we also offer activities for groups, corporate events or team buildings.
The success of previous editions has led to the return of Chef's Table, Pine Cliffs Resort's major gastronomic event that pays homage to national cuisine through an exclusive and intimate experience with the participation of some of the most renowned national chefs.

Bring your family and create unique memories in our Cooking School. The perfect place to learn recipes, tricks and secrets about cooking and drinks in a very funny way.
The workshops available are family time pastries, plant based foods, codfish one-on-one, brunch favourites and cataplana behind the scenes. There are also drinks workshops that include programmes such as family lemonade, craft beer, Algarve wines, Portugal in five glasses and port wine.
