Terms and Conditions

Subject to availability, rates may be unavailable during certain periods of stay until 31/12/26 (Blackout dates apply).
Daily Credit: Resort credit is valid per night stayed and cannot be applied to room rates, gratuities, taxes, or future stays. Resort Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
Inclusions: The credit can be redeemed in available restaurants, bars, room service, golf, Porto Pirata, Kids Club and at the Serenity Spa.
Restrictions: The credit is not valid at tennis facilities, private lessons, retail shops, or the Yakuza restaurant. Any changes to the length of stay, including early departures, may result in a rate change and a cancellation of the credit.
Usage Requirement: Credit must be used within the same day; unused credits will not carry over to the next day.
Availability: Limited availability, blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Promotion cannot be combined with other offers or previous purchases/reservations.

Flexible Rate Cancellation Policy
For stays outside Peak Seasons:
• Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to arrival will incur no charges.
• If you cancel after this deadline, a fee equivalent to a one-night charge will apply.
• In the case of a no-show or an early departure, a Cancellation Fee equal to 100% of the total reservation value will apply.
For stays during Peak Seasons (*):
• Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival will incur no charges.
• If you cancel after this deadline, a Cancellation Fee equal to 100% of the total reservation value will apply.
• This Cancellation Fee also applies to no-shows or early departures.
Note: No prepayment is required at the time of booking.
(*) Peak Seasons are considered as follows:
Easter
20th May – 10th June
1st July – 31st August
14th October – 29th October
