The Chef’s Table returns to MIMO Algarve, at Pine Cliffs Resort. With four intimate dinners celebrating Michelin-starred cuisine, renowned chefs present unique six-course menus, paired with selected wines and accompanied by a welcome cocktail.

Alexandre Silva
Alexandre Silva is one of the most innovative and irreverent figures in Portuguese gastronomy. With a career marked by creative restlessness and a constant desire to step outside his comfort zone, he has built his own identity based on experimentation, absolute respect for Portuguese produce and a contemporary approach to tradition. Chef at LOCO, a restaurant awarded a Michelin star since 2015, and creator of FOGO, a project entirely dedicated to open-fire cooking, Alexandre Silva combines technique, critical thinking and emotion in each creation, challenging customers to think, feel and taste differently. His cuisine reflects a chef in constant motion, where innovation, sustainability and authenticity go hand in hand.
Rodolfo Lavrador
Rodolfo Lavrador is a chef with a contemporary mindset and a precise identity, whose cuisine combines technical rigour, sensitivity and a deep connection to the product. After initially training in law, he found his true calling in gastronomy, working in renowned kitchens in New York and London, both distinguished by the Michelin Guide, before returning to Portugal. At CURA, where he has been part of the team since 2022 and will take on the role of Executive Chef in 2025, he champions an elegant, minimalist and expressive cuisine that values the purity of flavours, sustainability and absolute respect for the origin of ingredients. His approach balances nostalgia and innovation, leading a young team with creativity, active listening and a strong commitment to local producers, in a kitchen focused on the product and the people.
Arnaldo Azevedo
Arnaldo Azevedo built his gastronomic career on a deeply rooted family heritage, discovering his passion for cooking at an early age in his family's restaurant in Ermesinde. Trained at the Santa Maria da Feira Hotel School, it was through experiences in Porto and the Algarve that he honed the technique, sensitivity and creative boldness that today define his culinary identity. Since 2019, at the helm of the kitchen at Vila Foz Hotel & Spa, he has been promoting a contemporary, elegant and precise cuisine, distinguished in 2022 with the award of Vila Foz's first Michelin Star, consolidating him as one of the leading names of the new generation of Portuguese haute cuisine.
