Jaime Sarmento, Director of Human Resources of UIP and Pine Cliffs Resort, in a live interview for SIC's "Jornal da Uma" (national tv news channel) comments on the increase in guest occupancy at the Resort, which will be around 80% during the UK half term, from 28 May to 4 June.

As a consequence of this exponential growth, the Algarve hotel units are facing the challenge of finding available and qualified "labor" to be able to meet the demand.
