The success of previous editions has led to the return of Chef's Table, Pine Cliffs Resort's major gastronomic event that pays homage to national cuisine through an exclusive and intimate experience with the participation of some of the most renowned national chefs. In all, there will be four dinners taking place in the kitchen of MIMO Algarve, in the Pine Cliffs Resort, which include a welcome drink, a menu designed by the host chef consisting of 6 moments and wine pairing.
4 nights of good mood and excellent gastronomy.
Chef's Table dinners start at 8pm, are available for €195 per person and are limited to 26 people.
Reservation is mandatory. Prices already include VAT, at the legal rate force in Portugal. Cancellations should be done up to 48 hours before each dinner, and after that period Pine Cliffs Resort reserves the right to charge the total amount per person.
MIMO Algarve is the most vibrant place in Pine Cliffs Resort, where we invite you to live different gastronomic experiences. During the day, it functions as espresso bar, gourmet shop and cooking school, where you can learn recipes and unveil secrets about food and beverage. Open to guests and the general public, we also offer activities for groups, corporate events or team buildings.
And to give more people the chance to get to know the work of the renowned chefs taking part in this event a little better, the 3rd edition of Chef's Table has something new: the day after the dinner promoted by the host chef, a fish dish by the same chef will be served at the O Pescador restaurant, also located at the Pine Cliffs Resort.
