It was with great pleasure that we welcomed our guests to a complete and truly unique gastronomic experience: the Michelin Star Cataplana at Pine Cliffs Resort.

On three different dates, participants joined Michelin Star Chefs for a visit to Loulé Market, where they personally selected the ingredients used in his interpretation of this traditional Algarve recipe. Throughout the visit, guests also had the opportunity to explore and taste a selection of local products, offering a true immersion into the region’s culinary landscape.

Back at Pine Cliffs, guests enjoyed a live cooking session where the Chef shared his vision of this classic dish. The experience culminated in an exclusive tasting, thoughtfully designed for a small group and memorable moments.
