An exquisite culinary offer is one of the most distinctive marks of Pine Cliffs, a Luxury Collection Resort, and in line with this strategy, the Food & Beverage team was recently renovated.

Dálio Calado is the new Food & Beverage Director. With a high level of knowledge in the areas of management hotels, resorts and restaurants operations on an international level, Dálio will be responsible for the implementation of new ideas in the 11 restaurants and bars of the resort, aiming to create enriching experiences in each of the different concepts inside the property.

The F&B team was also joined by João Alves, assuming the role of Executive Chef at Pine Cliffs Resort, where he intends to continue to develop his personal style, combining traditional gastronomy with international cuisine and developing the Resort offer with his wide experience in the world of professional cooking.

“Food & Beverage is an area of extreme importance for the Resort. This is, without a doubt, one of our main focuses, and we are extremely happy to be able to assemble in the same team two professionals with outstanding profiles, vast knowledge and a differentiating and creative vision for our outlets”, states Thomas Schoen, Complex General Manager.
